So I remember when Dreambooth was coming out, the big thing was cloning yourself. To this day it remains one of the most profound thing I’ve experienced without drugs, however the outputs were not great compared to what I can get today with some good fine-tunes and stylistic LoRAs. But now we don’t hear much about this use-case, whereas for Dreambooth people were making huge training tutorials primarily for cloning purposes.

So basically I’m just wondering if for cloning yourself specifically, LoRAs are the way to go just like everything else? And if so then which repo is the most fire and forget? Doesn’t seem like there’s an AUTO1111 extension for LoRA training. Is it still best to have 20-30 images like we used to require with DB? And how long to do it on my RTX 3090?
