In germany we have a saying “der Blitz soll dich beim scheissen treffen”, which roughly translates to “may lighting strike you while you’re on the shitter”.

Well first you take a picture of lightning hitting a building. Then you put it next to a picture of an exploded toilet.

The text is referencing the toilet, so at least there could be something connected there.

Yeah. Someone else pointed out that I misread 个 as 不。 my darn dyslexia had me confidently reading the charecter and adding a whole stroke.

No biggie, chinese is hard as hell. You take a week off studying and there goes 100 characters from your memory. I didn’t want to sound rude, my level of Chinese is being able to read these characters

As a chinese that learn mandarin as my first language: yeah. I stop learning it at 15yo because it’s getting impossible for me to follow all these idioms and essays. Hard to learn, insanely hard to master lol.

That makes so much more sense now that I realize it was 个 and nkt 不。the grammar was not making sense but i shrugged it off as text speach. Being dyslexic never helped me with the reading portion of Chinese. I would confidently read characters and write the ones that were almost the same, but differed in one or two strokes or a radical.
