Why not go even further? Pedestrians should also register and pay for option of walking around. Also registration numbers on clothing would be appropriate because they do dumb things, like running, jumping or dancing, all in traffic 🤣
In my country every child (~12yrs) learns basics of road safety and navigation through traffic including recognizing traffic signs. Why don’t you push for change of school system and want to throw bureaucracy around like crazy instead?
