  Like I said, for just Elite: Dangerous I think you’ll be fine at mid graphics.
  
  For upgrades check out https://www.logicalincrements.com/ in the price category you’re comfortable in.
  
  I’m partial to AMD for CPU since upgrade paths are much more modular.
