Do you know what game is that from?
I reverse searched it. It looks like the image is from Jungle Strike, a helicopter shooter for Sega and SNES, but the text has been added, it’s not real I’m afraid.
May not be from the game… Could yet be real. No telling how spicy next year will be.

The new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II expansion.
Google tells me it’s the game over screen of Jungle Strike, or at least of the Strike series. Can’t tell you if that’s true. Never played it.
