This is why I don’t usually finish shows anymore. You get to a point where you feel like they’ve gotten started with the pointless fillers and you check out.
The way Game of Thrones ended, completely wasting/shitting-on the seven years people invested into it, left a bitter taste in my mouth.
After that moment, I never expect to complete a TV show if they treat the audience as if we’re stupid by adding filler episodes mandated by corporate executives for the intention to solely retain viewers for revenue.
