This might be a fix for the T-Mobile 5G issues:
Fixed an issue that caused connectivity interruptions for devices with carriers using 5G standalone (SA) mode.
Do these issues persist to Google Fi? Been seeing a noticeable hit in reception and hoping this helps!
No idea.
Presumably because fi runs on tmo. I’m on tmo and haven’t been able to figure out the 5g issues. In my city the 5g is spotty and crappy and I need to be on lte to do anything consistently. When I travel to other cities 5g seems to work just fine.
FWIW, we have Fi and the connection is rock solid on both my P6 and my wife’s P7.
Thank goodness. Was thinking I was going crazy for a bit with my signal dropping out 🤣
Aren’t beta versions by nature, unscheduled?
@On @QuantumEyetanglement not really, there are many release models where updates are scheduled, and what doesn’t outright crash ships on beta just fine. It’s a way to track progress. Example: rust toolchain’s train scheduled releases https://doc.rust-lang.org/stable/book/appendix-07-nightly-rust.html Android iirc schedules beta releases every month until beta 5, which is the last beta before the stable release.
Sure would be nice if they could fix mine so that it doesn’t crash and restart all the damn time.
I hope they fix the haptic issues on the pixel 6A whenever connectivity is low
I’m just hoping version 14 fixes the Pixel overheating issue whenever the camera is used for an extended period of time. Long distance video calls with family have been cut short several times for me now. :(
