If we ever make it out of this shitshow that is the US right now, I’m going to enjoy watching all these companies try and backtrack again. it’ll be a disaster that I’d love to see.
They’ll blame Trump.
They’ll get some people because a jobs a job, but it won’t be the same. I expect unions will play a larger role, but it won’t be fast. If we make it to the other side we have A LOT of healing to do. (And don’t take that as defeat, even if things flipped tomorrow, we’d still have A LOT of healing to do.)
I would really like to see the threat memo or hear the threat phone call that’s taking place ahead of these prominently headlined rollbacks.
