“Nicole” is (likely) a fabricated character. The character is (likely) different from the image, although the image is commonly associated with the character in our minds. The image is an unaware person smoking weed. However, the character itself can said to be a spammer.
Thus, Nicole is indeed a spammer. However, the person in the image is not a spammer. The image and the character are seperate, even though one is a symbol for the other.

Probably the latter; the person, background, and outfit (when they didn’t change it) look too consistent between images for it to be AI.
