normally, i would, but what point is there? even if she has a bad day, she’s not going to learn her lesson. she has diagnosed npd and a bunch of other mental illnesses (untreated) and cannot accept fault.
even if she is sad, NO amount of sadness she has will be as large as the damage she’s done, nor will it fix anything at all.

honestly, i think i would wish a sad birthday to the girl who called my nose a honker ☹️
and she called it a birds beak too, so if she did worse than that, that’s very nice that you don’t wish her sadness! it may be a long while, but i hope she does learn her lesson and possibly lose her friends. the girl who called my nose a honker only has 2 friends now.
