Just a bunch of autonomous, non-thinking algorithms in data centers scattered across the country farming for rage bait/clicks. It’s all propped up by unthinkable amounts of capital which drops people’s consciousness in to one liberal bucket to craft a reality which makes them the most bigoted humans on earth. Incredible work

Weirdly I don’t think so. Neither party had set colors until color television took off, and even then the first few elections with color tv the news channels were all using different colors, with yellow green and purple being thrown in sometimes. If I remember right most of them just ended up copying ABC(?) after a while because they were the most popular.
