    Make sure they aren’t both available from any one streaming service so people won’t see them both at the same time and catch on

    For extra insanity use the same character names in both shows. Bonus points for using androgynous names like “chris”, “pat”, or “alex” and swapping genders between each show.

      Extra bonus if the actors playing the characters are twins or, failing that, lookalikes.

        How about even many of the same actors in both shows, but in one show she plays “Riley” and in the other show she plays “Alex” each very unique characters that have nothing in common with each other except the same actor.

    You have to release one with 1 season and marketing that says season 2 coming soon, and the other with 2 seasons right away but it’s cancelled after that.

    This reminds me of those documentaries that get released where it’s about the same subject as another documentary and there’s like 60% overlap in who they talk to, but they’re hosted on different platforms. (Fyre festival is one example but there’s a bunch of them)
