    It doesn’t explicitly exclude them. It just focuses on black babies because that’s the topic.

      the term “Black Babies” explicitly and litterally excludes all races and age groups except black babies.

      I can’t tell if people who argue with this truly don’t understand english, or are just being intentionally stupid and difficult.
