I wish people would stop believing this. The ruling is not supported by biology, because it assumes sex is binary. Biologically, that simply is not true. The ruling found that gender can only be determined by bigotry. Science is not on their side.
Exactly! Structures in the brain are biological, and those structures can make it so that people feel they are a specific gender or blend of genders.
Also there’s over 30 different chromosonal sexes. So I don’t think this law is based in any modern understanding of biology or gender.

Was really disappointed to see the UKSC ruling the other day, but not at all surprised. Seems Joanne is really keen on painting herself a super villain and I’m glad to see folks fighting back against all this.
