Then not every person they want to deport gets deported.

They have zero shame. Imagine arguing this and expecting to be taken seriously.

“We can’t get rid of people fast enough!”
I know right? Immigration is always the best way to grow a countries population. Natives tend to have lower birth rates than immigrants.
“No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, …”
And
“… nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
Let’s see how SCOTUS tries to get around these
Seems like an abject failure to uphold the oath he took to the constitution which says they all must get a trial. Shame the law doesn’t matter.
Gas chambers come after “we can’t afford a bullet for everyone we want disenfranchised from interference of fascism (or tourists accused of trading housework for lodging) without due process”
