I watched Sex and the City a couple years ago and I quite liked it. Maybe it’s a idealized view of big-city life, maybe it’s unrelatable to me as a lesbian but like… women talking to women about sex and relationships? I had a good time with it.
Yes, I thoroughly enjoyed it at the time, and I’m a gay man, so again, not really relatable. It was frank and funny, but it became a soap opera about carries love life by the end, rather than the analysis and critique of sexual more and dating culture it started with.
