My wife’s 2008 Concours 14 with ABS had an issue where the front brake lever went from solid to nothing overnight while sitting in the garage. We rebuilt the master cylinder and front calipers, but we’re still getting minimal brake pressure. We’ve bled all the air out by hand and with a vacuum bleeder.
Now the brake lever goes straight to the bar unless you pump it a bit, then it gains a little pressure. When it does have pressure, the lever doesn’t sink while holding it and there doesn’t appear to be any fluid loss.
Any ideas?
