Agree. I discovered GB in 2014ish so for me the crew + beastcast from then until like 2018 will always be the peak for me. I follow nextlander and gerstmann on YouTube but don’t watch too much tbh. I’m less into the streaming style, 90% of the time back in the day I used to just listen to the two podcasts although for a brief time I was a subscriber.
I do really enjoy watching Jeff rank NES games. Any Nextlander content with Abby is also great. Vinny, Brad, and Alex just need a slightly higher energy pairing to get them all at their best.
most of those folks are doing their own things, but Ryckert is still there and some zombie-era people might be able to come back. Jeff Grubb seems alright, hopefully this process further radicalizes him.
It’s good that they’re out from under that thumb, but I don’t really care for the crew they have anymore.

Yeah they lost everyone that I cared about a long time ago. I have no idea who is even still there at this point.

Oh I like Dan. I forgot he came back.
I would pay my last dollar just to have have these people on a podcast again
I love GB, but there was something different about the nonsense Jeff and Vinny would feed each other
