Hello everyone, I just got bazzite installed on a laptop that has two nvme drives, I was originally using the second drive on arch and now that I moved over to bazzite I want to mount it and continue to use it.

what I did was edit the fstab like usual to mount the nvme in /mnt/nvme

but I also noticed that it is showing in /var/mnt/nvme so now Im not sure if I should remove my fstab edit? would bazzite have automounted my drive for me?

Are you still able to boot into Arch from that drive? I used the KDE partition manager to setup my drives, cause some days I don’t want to be cool and use the command line. I’m not going to be much help with how to do it with fstab, but if it doesn’t show up in the partition manager I would check to make sure it’s still connected properly to the MB.

so I commented out my fstab edit to remove the drive mount in /mnt/nvme
I used the kde partition program to mount the drive to /var/mnt/nvme like it wanted to but it still shows up in both places so now Im not sure which path to use for darktable to access my photos or syncthing

ok so I tried using the /var/mnt/nvme path instead for my darktable library and now I am able to delete files to the trash, where before it would warn me that it couldnt do it when I had it mounted to /mnt/nvme
