Absolutely amazing flavor so much better than those c02 cartridges it lasts so much longer too!!! My friends and I hit this stuff so much passing it around like it’s candy! Sooo good definitely recommend if you wanna get to the galaxy with this gas

They sell these on amazon. Look I don’t want to be a prude but this shit is getting kids hooked on whippits from a very early age. For sure not an indicator of a healthy society.
One of the primary dangers of this stuff is that because it’s labeled as a food additive, it doesn’t have oxygen mixed in it like the medically approved mixture you’d receive at a dentist. So while people are hitting this, they’re depriving their brains of oxygen, which is where a lot of the long-term damage comes from. If they were able to sell it with oxygen mixed in, it wouldn’t be as bad. Once again criminalization makes drugs far more dangerous than they need to be.
It is illegal to inhale NO2, or market it for inhalation, outside of medical applications where it is administered directly by a doctor, dentist, or anesthesiologist. These medical grade canisters contain a mixture of NO2 and O2 and are safe to breath for a while, but they are regulated and can usually only be obtained when one “falls off the truck.” The vendors will not sell these to you unless you are associated with a medical practice. NO2 sold for automotive purposes is ‘denatured,’ deliberately contaminated to make it toxic. Most other gasses which are typically abused (canned air dusters, for instance) are produced with a bittering agent, to prevent abuse. This is not possible with food-grade NO2, which is used as a replacement for oxygen in whipped cream because oxygen would cause the cream to spoil rapidly. It only works for its intended purpose if it has no oxygen in it, so if you breath it continuously you can suffer hypoxia, loss of consciousness, and other problems.
NO2 is relatively benign though, compared to other much more harmful gases which are typically abused, aside from the hypoxia and other mentioned symptoms.
According to summaries on the first page of search results, NO2 also makes bulkier whipped cream than O2 can. So my idea of starting a trend of eating whipped cream right away before it spoils won’t work.
It seems to me in the present situation, it isn’t exactly criminalization, but half assed regulation that’s the problem.
Either regulate and enforce regulations on NO2, or do not.
Though I guess I am not considering the whole universe of harm that has been prevented by regulating in the current manner so far. Like maybe there’d be more self taught cheapo dentists working out of kitchens.

I had to check which episode, basically just the beginning of episode 458. It was the rules lawyering about whether whippets count as a drug with the worst Mount Everest/oxygen tank example. Like the reason that makes your voice low is because it’s more dense than air, whether it counts as a drug or not I don’t care, but it causes brain damage and my nephew’s mom died from them, so the misinformation and flippancy about them drives me nuts.

While you’re not wrong, nitrous enhances MDMA like nothing else! I don’t like it when I’m sober, but on MDMA it’s incredible.
It also cures hiccups. The only time I’ll do nitrous when I’m not rolling is when I can’t use breath exercises to cure hiccups.
