Yep, classic buddleia, grows anywhere, obstinate and difficult to get rid of 😁
Not the Verbena bonariensis? I think it looks very much like that one, although i now read they grow 150cm tall, sometimes 180. I just measured mine and my guess was pretty good, its 195cm tall.
I’m inclined towards the Verbena, unless the blooms are developing into the classic buddleia paintbrush shape.
