Looks like it would have been a crash brought on by the device driver for a drive. Probably an unstable usb drive driver.
Given the age of this style of bsod it wouldn’t surprise me if it was a floppy driver
Haha, the term vxd made me think it was something extra like a usb drive. But I’d be surprised if it was floppy related as by that point the various floppies were well supported.
