Source: telegram channel «The Tyumen Case» Nearly three years ago – between August 30 and September 1, 2022 – six anarchists and anti-fascists were arrested in Surgut, Yekaterinburg, and Tyumen. All of them were subjected to severe torture including electric shocks, waterboarding, beatings, and threats of sexual violence. Their confessions, extracted under duress, were then used to charge them with «creating and participating in a terrorist organization». The charges were later made more severe. Nikita, Danil, Roma, Yura, and Deniz do not admit guilt.
