I love Dark Souls 3. My favorite in the series. The atmosphere is just 👌. Pretty much all of the Dark Souls games have great atmosphere, but 3 was the best IMO.

Majula atmosphere rules!(I do actually much prefer the atmosphere and lore of DS2, it’s just that extra bit hopeless, everything and everyone further gone, personal stories somehow even more depressing, … also best cats, best my little ponies, best hub, best babes, etc :))
On your left you can see adult cherubs that gang-bang you, on the right there are two dead brothers that bang-bang you, below them are hot wax priests that gang-bang you after dripping hot wax on you, lower in the pic there are dragon-butterflies that gang-bang you with their juicy meatballs, in front of the structure on the left there are two sick dragons that gang-bang you (lazily, total bottoms).
Overall friendly folk.
