I like the idea of holding hands or hugging my girlfriend, but IDK if I see her as a romantic partner or more of a deep platonic one.

If you don’t want to kiss your girlfriend or have sex, you probably don’t really have a girlfriend and are just really building up to a horrible breakup. Why did you even seek out a girlfriend instead of just remaining friends if you don’t have any romantic intentions?
Sounds asexual (the ace in aroace) to me, but not very aromantic (the aro in aroace).
Identifying your sexuality can be very freeing, don’t let others identify you, only you get to draw conclusions about your sexual identity.
