Out of curiosity, why the move? It’s not like it’s shutting down like lemm.ee
It’s a valid question! We’ve had no issues with lazysoci.al and were happy there, the admin is really nice. However we kept getting attacked my hostile Manosphere types. Blahaj are a bigger instance with more admin resources, they’ve also got loads of experience protecting groups. Plus it’s just a good fit as they have a lot of LGBT communities over there.
Hope the move goes smoothly & you get some peace.
Not a personal fan of segregated communities on either end of the scale, but I can see how it’s a necessity in some places. Some people just can’t live and let live.
Yep exactly! And it has really helped with the kerfuffle so it’s going good
Possibly because piefed has better mod tools. It’s partially why piefed.zip exists too.
Very useful for that community.
