Hell yeah I’m all for it, but are there significant stocks of old Garands laying around in other countries? I’d figure the CMP would still be the best way to get one. Unless you mean new repros, but the problem is (afaik) nobody makes them because they’re difficult and expensive to manufacture to the OG specs, and idek who holds the patent.
I want more M1 garands and carbines to be imported. Cheap M1s would be awesome

Yea there is a fucking mess of them in South Korea. Only a tiny amount got imported back here. There is like a 100k+ over there just wasting away.
