One who supports the death penalty has great faith in the afterlife of a judgemental God. If there’s no eternal punishment, we should administer it here on earth.

While that’s ideal, I’d rather they be gone in case the war goes south and he gets released, only to be awarded a medal of honor by Russia for betraying the country.

I must say this because I respect both of the ways you’ve both said what you’ve said. He’s just tinge implying the right to do so justifies itself without naming what he is attempting validate with the declaration of the right to chose.

It should be considered for a possible occurance making a future that potentially enables the offender in subject here to regain his ability to do damage and murder again. Bar that, you are well conducted to hold a dignity of such against it being conducted unecessarily. This, especially today the way they’re so many are doing this without such.

This level of a clarity of the levy and respect held for such kinds of decisions being made this way have been disregarded by pretty much everywhere else today.

You’re pretty much the only people left that haven’t today as a “culture” of people. I do know that the rest have. I think Ma knows where she’s going everywhere else and is waiting on you for exactly this sort of…demonstration.

Demonstration means showing doing well enough to be kind and not murder when truly not necessary, while at war, will make the world aware that you even are the only potential culture of Heros left. It needs to be shown or but very few individuals will see. This will make them, all that can see…to boot.

Google says that Ukraine doesn’t do the death penalty- they do life imprisonment in the case of “high treason” from what I found, but I could be wrong.

Right, but the point is- I can’t find anything that substantiates your claim. The only sources I can find all say “life imprisonment.” Have you read somewhere that they allow for the death penalty under martial law? Because otherwise, you’re just making things up.

Usually when a sane country repels the death penalty it applies to all codes, not just the civilian ones.

Belarus is the only European country still employing the death penalty.

And yes, that supposedly includes Russia. Albeit it’s not illegal per se, there’s just a moratorium on it — while we know that unofficially when “falls out a window”, what has actually happened.
