Soliman is a young Palestinian from Gaza who lives under extremely harsh circumstances. Despite his young age, he struggles to balance his education while bearing the heavy responsibility of supporting his family. This burden became unbearable after the family lost their only source of income.

They once had a small farm with olive and citrus trees, along with a simple greenhouse. It was not just their livelihood, but also a place filled with childhood memories where Soliman and his siblings helped their father with the work. Sadly, the entire farm was destroyed in Israeli attacks—burned to the ground along with all their crops, tools, and years of effort.

Their tragedy deepened when their family home was also destroyed in the recent bombardment, leaving them homeless and without income in the middle of Gaza’s humanitarian crisis.

Yet, despite all this, Soliman remains determined. He continues his studies while working tirelessly to secure the bare minimum for his family. But no young man should carry such overwhelming burdens alone.
