essentially this is the UKs attempt to fight illegal immigration. Everyone will have to have a digital ID card in order to legally work and live in the UK as well as show proof of citizenship.
this won’t work. I have family in England, most of whom are elderly, and judging by how long it takes to get responses to text messages and emails it’s just not going to work.
