      In regular expressions, it would match “aaaaaaaas”, since the character before the asterisk is what needs to be repeated. To match “avocados”, the pattern would be a.*s (or a\w*s).

      Or alternatively, a*s as a glob pattern would match “avocados”.

              I doubt many people are in a grievous way about your comment. They (we) simply don’t think it’s useful (or appropriate).

              There are definitely people around that don’t mind sharing AI output (not me LOL) but I’m sure they would at least like to hear your thoughts. What did you find funny about it?
