Maybe not exactly what you’re looking for but
You can save all the snippets from webpages in one notebook with webclipper and then merge all those notes together to create a single note for your use case.
Additionally I use copy as markdown Firefox extension to insert small parts of webpages into existing notes

Nowadays most note taking apps are all JavaScript and markdown. Only significant difference is sync: presence of free sync, ability to choose where it’s located and ability to control sync backend ie self host
This one seems not to have those
