I wonder how many Ukrainians are without power right now, our media unfortunately stopped talking about such numbers in Ukraine because it’s already normalized.
Here in Kyiv there hadn’t been any power cuts longer than a few seconds for at least the last year. I’m guessing the power generation and distribution is now decentralised enough to the point the russian bombings just don’t deal enough damage to get through the redundancy.
It’s rougher closer to the border, though, for sure.
