I always presumed shark biting cable was just the cover story for splicing in for mass surveillance or espionage but i guess they really do bite the cables?!
It’s their equivalent to how you flail your arms when you walk through a spiderweb you didn’t see.
It is a cover story! They use surveillance sharks.
