I’m throwing out there Motorola. It’s currently owned by Lenovo.
How will this work with banking apps and android auto?
I hope they are an OEM with global reach, or at least my region, hihi. The exclusivity to certain region will limit how popular they get or it’s going to end up like fairphone. Expensive and very limited markets to drive down costs.
Fingers crossed for Xiaomi, but this is great news no matter what
The company that requires you to wait days to unlock your bootloader? Nah, fam.
Does this matter if it’s already got the operating system you want installed?
Are they gonna sell it to me with the operating system I want installed?
I guess I kind of assumed that’s what a formal partnership would involve, but I guess we’ll see when and if this while thing becomes a reality
Does what brand they end up with really matter? The phone is going to meet the specs regardless…
Yes, mainly because of price.
But GOS has already said its going to be a flagship phone that is around the same price point as the pixel…

"The devices will be priced similarly to Pixels. "
It would be cool it it was Nothing, I love their style.
I am still hoping for fairphone or Sony.
fairphone seems to be ruled out in the article
Yay, actually decent hardware with legacy features. Spoiler alert: probably not.
Hell yeah.
Not fairphone. Not OnePlus. It’d be nice if it were Sony. My xperias were some of my favorite phones.
bring back LG phones
As long as they sell a foldable. Can not go back…
