    You don’t have to open the door or speak to police! You only have to open the door if they have a warrant. If they do, ask them to slide it under the door. There is nothing to gain by talking to them when they are investigating you.

        No it’s not. I literally never answer my door or acknowledge someone being there, whether they are peddling religion or girl scout cookies.
