      I know I’ve turned into a pessimist recently but I agree. I thought this wouldn’t happen and we’d just have to grin and bear it.

        So after reading into it more it’s actual right to be pessimistic unfortunately. She gets to sit on the hearing and be present but isn’t allowed to vote. So she’s essentially an automatic no. It’s like they put it in there for the headline with the loophole to get what they actually want.

    I’m surprised and happy to hear that she will not be participating. I’m not surprised to hear she voted against the rules.
