Where I live it’s that or walk 3 miles to the store and 3 miles back holding a cake. You can do a bike, but there’s a good chance it won’t look good when you get home.
You could walk there, eat a 500 calorie serving then walk back and still be in a calorie deficit.
I’m still carrying the remaining 11,500 calories worth of cake for 3 miles?
