I don’t necessarily know where I’m going to be 90 days in advance. How do they handle the logistics of that? And what do they have in place for athletes who might be dealing with stalkers, for example?

Most of us are able to plan and keep appointments in the future.
For example, I knew I would be in the dentist’s chair tomorrow afternoon since last summer.
And if some other planned event was going to interfere with that, I am capable of adjusting my schedule to resolve the conflict.
It seems like it’s just “where do you live?”, and “when are you out of town?”.
