I thought this was stupid at first but I decided it’s apt. Christmas has been about “Christmas” since at least before the Charlie brown Christmas special like 50 years ago. It’s an entirely meta holiday. You’re not celebrating anything but the idea of celebrating something. It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas
