    A hefty, bioavailable mushroom burger sounds awesome, actually.

    If they can make it cheaper than chicken I’d stock up without thinking since Beyond burgers are pricey and soy allergies don’t play nice with most vegan food, unfortunately.

        Edit: do you have any experience with home growing? It seems pretty finicky wrt to the precision required for environment control.
