Heliamphora sarracenioides x minor Black Burgundy
Heliamphora have a reputation for being difficult, but I’ve had good luck so far growing on a windowsill, even in my very dry climate. She gets lots and lots of light!

I saw dozens or hundreds growing in fens this spring. It was such a treat!
They looked a lot like that, except with a bunch of Scarlet Paintbrush thrown in!
Oh I bet that was pretty! There’s definitely Indian paintbrush all around this fen, but not on it. When the time of year is right a bunch of fringed gentians pop up there and it’s beautiful.
