Chinese startup UBTECH Robotics just snagged a $37M contract to deploy its Walker S2 humanoid robots at the China-Vietnam border in Fangchenggang, where they’ll guide passenger queues, direct vehicles, patrol corridors, and inspect cargo containers. Do EMP devices that are better than an equivalent explosive exist? Nukes can do some funky ionosphere stuff when detonated in the upper atmosphere, but how would you even generate an EMP on the ground?
that is the only way to general powerful emp in one setting. i dont think currently there is anyway, like in many scifi shows seems to have the same type of generator.
