It’s honestly sad we never got more Pokemon TCG games on other systems, outside of the modern online clients(which are all ass in varying flavors). What I loved about the Yugioh games was being able to play the game during past formats and getting a feel for how the card game itself felt and played during that time. There’s no way to revisit stuff like the gen 3 or gen 4 era for Pokemon, which is a damn shame
Yeah, it’s annoying. It’ll probably never happen now. Although there’s a mod for the TCG game that adds in gen 2 cards called TCG Neo which at least extends the playable TCG eras a little bit.
