It’s stronger than green tea but not in the unpleasant way that (western) black tea is that requires additives.
You should also try 红茶 (red tea) which is what black tea is called in China and it’s way better than cracker black tea and also pleasant to drink unadulterated. This is different to what gets called “red tea” in english, which is made from a whole different plant (rooibos)
