The death of Alex Pretti, the Minneapolis man killed by federal agents, has been ruled a homicide, the Hennepin County medical examiner’s office said.
Citing government records, ProPublica identified Border Patrol agent Jesus Ochoa and Customs and Border Protection officer Raymundo Gutierrez as the two officers who fired at Pretti.
A man shot a woman in the face in broad daylight in front of witnesses and nothing is being done about it. Why does anyone think this is going to result in anything but more hand-waiving? The American justice system exists to protect fascists now.

Pretti’s death is the message these fascists clowns are told to send. It wasn’t an accident- it was the purpose of it all! And they’re not about to prosecute the terrorists responsible for it all- just to roll back all the progress made.
