But no, there is this magical third option where there is a structure to run a government as massive as the federal government and actually has plans on how to run the government and not grift to help act as a ratchet to keep politics more conservative.

The only third party I respect is the Working Families Party, and part of that is that they are willing to play the current game of politics to get their policies implemented or at least a version closer to their vision.
