Where the fuq is Bloodborne, Mayor Mamdani?

It’s driving me up the wall that MGS4 never got a PC release; 1, 2, 3 and 5 all have steam releases (along with smaller titles), but not 4. I literally put off playing 5 until it got a PC release so I could play it (I have it on PS but my PS isn’t hooked up and I really can’t be bothered to game on console any more).
Basically every MGS title got a PC release except the one I didn’t play; I call shenanigans.
(I also point out the PC release thing because I actually played 1-3 on console, but I shelved my consoles before ever getting to 4)
on all my mgs replays, i used to watch an mgs4 playthrough with no comments and while it was a bit sad to not play it, it was enough to enjoy the whole saga. on my last one i was able to setup a ps3 emulator and play it until chapter 3 and i have to say that by the amout of cutscenes and dialog it has, and how little you get to play between them, it is quite frustrating to play.
i honestly wonder if a pc release would be the best. maybe an official re-edited movie with some additional scenes to make up for the gameplay parts would make the experience better. and then they could later do a remake that doesn’t interrupts you every new map and has more gameplay in general.
RPCS3 is getting really good the days and apparently you can get MGS4 running on the steamdeck
