    too late…they lost me when they kept rereleasing the same game over and over and over…zero respect for the FF series anymore.

        FF6 was the last beautiful pixel one before 3d graphics and FMV cutscenes became their obsession. FF7 was probably my favorite FF game, but you can clearly see where the gameplay started withering on the vine while their convoluted dramatic storytelling and visuals became the focus progressively after that. 12 was where I ran out of steam too. The latest games are just… oof.
