ESOTERIC EBB is a single-player CRPG inspired by the freedom of tabletop adventures. Unravel a political conspiracy with your goblin sidekick. Roll dice in tense encounters. Become a cleric of legends or completely ruin the campaign.

So this is one of these games heavily inspired by disco elysiums gameplay. Afaik there is no connection to ZA/UM or the original devs. This is just an indie game that takes notes from Disco Elysium. You play as a cleric in a dnd style setting afaik the setting seems more fairytale and whimsical rather than dark or serious.

There is currently a pretty lengthy demo - the full release is already net week Tuesday.

Im gonna take a look at the demo and probably play the full game next week.
